Ganymede is the work of Nikhilvarma Kandula, an AI engineer who builds products end to end and puts them in front of people. Four other applications are live. This one is the most demanding of them, because it decides who gets a phone call about money they do not have.

That is the whole method. Prototypes are cheap and plentiful. What is rare is a system that survives contact with real data, real users and real failure modes, which is why this one is built around gates that fail loudly rather than dashboards that look reassuring.
Fourteen invariants sit in the codebase and break the build when a known defect returns. Every figure on this site is regenerated from the pipeline and labelled with the kind of evidence behind it. Where a number has not been earned, the site says so. That posture is not modesty. It is what makes the numbers that are claimed worth anything.
Eighteen months in US fintech, rebuilding monolithic systems into event-driven services carrying more than 500 concurrent users, moving from data engineer to lead developer over that stretch. The habits on this site come from there: idempotent decisions, logged propensities, and the assumption that anything unlogged did not happen.

Ganymede is the largest moon in the solar system and the only one that generates its own magnetic field. Its surface is ancient cratered ground cut across by long parallel grooves, formed where the crust pulled apart under strain.
That is a reasonable picture of a credit book. Most of it is quiet and unchanging. The interesting part is where the surface starts to pull apart, and the whole product exists to see that early enough to do something cheap about it.
The mark is the same idea reduced: a moon in phase, where the boundary between light and dark is not a clean arc but a bent trajectory.
